You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activities under Your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of content You submit (e.g., food logs, weight entries). By providing User Content, You grant Us a license to use, store, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are disclosed in the App. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Manage cancellations through your account settings.
The App is a tool for tracking dietary and health information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making medical decisions. Use the App at Your own risk.
All content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
We may terminate Your account for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete Your account by contacting adwerds@thepepperfamilyllc.com.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims arising out of Your violation of these Terms or Your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where You reside (for consumers) or where We operate (if not a consumer). Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms by posting the new version in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
